Hayward, California is in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, close to
UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, and Stanford University. Hayward is a 70,000
square foot state-of-the-art, cGMP manufacturing facility that is ISO 14001 certified.
The annual plant capacity is 140,000 liters comprising stirred tank fermenters and
perfusion systems. This FDA-licensed facility has expertise in monoclonal antibody
process development and production.
Our Beltsville, Maryland facility is situated in the Washington D.C./Baltimore metro
area, and is only minutes from the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Food & Drug
Administration, the University of Maryland, and Johns Hopkins University. Here we
develop and manufacture conjugate vaccines in a cGMP plant that is ISO 14001
certified. The annual plant capacity is 170,000 liters comprising stirred tank fermentors
and downstream purification systems.
